No Refunds
The Mineral Shop creates perishable fresh products that expire within the course of 2 months. This is why we have a no refund policy.
Returns
If upon the arrival of your product you are unsatisfied with it. You can send it back to the return address on your label for a full refund with no questions ask. (We only accept products that are still sealed)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
One of the number one reasons we are different is because of the way we stand behind our products! For us, it’s not a sale until you’re satisfied in REAL life, whether that means replacing the jar at our expense due to any errors on our part!
